Battery Design LLC does not sell, offer, or disclose any of our mailing list, phone or e-mail information to anyone or company, except for the explicit use of Battery Design and their product mailings or notices.  Battery Design LLC retains all personal information as private and will remain in our databases until customer requests removal (providing there is no purchasing activity), change of address or until management deems necessary for removal. We are also unable to provide personal information to any third party source.  No information provided to Battery Design is shared, leased, lent or sold to any other company for further solicitation, other than what is permitted or required by law. Including address, email, and phone numbers.

ORDERING & DELIVERY INFORMATION:

« Battery Design will ship your order within 48 hours providing all ordered items are in stock.
« Battery Design will attempt to notify all customers on any backorder delays. We generally will ship back ordered items within 30 days of order date. If delay is longer, we will notify the customer when the item becomes available.
« Battery Design cannot be responsible for customer time restraints, late ordering, carrier delivery time, or the unavailability of stock by manufacturers.
« Battery Design reserves the right to select the parcel carrier and cannot guarantee delivery times.
« Claims against packaging errors or damage must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods
«PO Boxes: Orders for PO Boxes will be shipped by United States Postal Service only, UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.
« UPS does not offer 3 Day Service to AK, HI and PR.
« No COD's..
« Address corrections, forwarding charges and addressing errors provided is the responsibility of the customer. Packages returned for insufficient or bad address, customer forfeits their free exchange after reshipment.
« PACKAGE FORWARDING & CORRECTIONS: Selected carriers charge for this service.
« PACKAGE FORWARDING fee is $10 if your package is forwarded without approval by Battery Design.
« Customers must allow ample time for trace or replacement of any missing packages.
